Ching Yi Crafting was founded in Singapore as a “One Man, One Machine” shop, fabricating small precision tools for Semiconductor manufacturers.

1990

Began fabricating SMT Pick & Place Nozzles and Dispensing Needles for the PCBA industry.

1995

Invested in advanced CNC machines, CNC Engineers, and Machinists.

1998

Started direct servicing in Malaysian, Indonesian, Thailand , and Philippines markets.

Expanded production units in Singapore ( Defu Lane ) to a total floor space of 6,155 sq.ft

2000

Accredited by major MNCs including Epson, Flextronics, Hitachi , JVC, Motorola, Panasonic, Solectron, Sony, Thomson, and many more.

Partnerships with agents and distributors to venture the markets in Taiwan , China , and USA .

2001

Partnerships with agents venture into markets in Germany and UK .

Ventured into Korean market in conjunction with SMT/PCB Korea 2001 exhibition.

2002

Established Ching Yi Technology Sdn Bhd (CTM) in Malaysia (Kuching, Sarawak ) with a built-up area of 10,350 sq.ft.

Established Johor Sales office in Southern part of Peninsular Malaysia.

Participated in first major exhibition to kick start market globalization at Globaltronics 2002.

2003

Expanded production units in Singapore with additional 7,924 sq.ft of floor space at Tai Seng Ave.

Expanded Singapore headquarters Sales and Administration offices with an addition of 4,580 sq.ft floor space.

Increased market share in US and penetrated into Mexican market with first exhibition in APEX 2003, Anaheim , USA .

Chinese market contributed 30% of Annual Sales turnover.

Exhibited for the first time in Nepcon 2003, Shanghai , China .

2004

Established PT. Cycraft Technology Indonesia (Batam island) with a built-up area of 13,715 sq.ft.

Incorporated Ching Yi Technology Pte Ltd with 70 employees occupying a total production area of 17,777 sq.ft in Defu Lane and Tai Seng Ave.

2005

Strategic venture into Semiconductor, Electronics, Automobile, Automation, and Medical industries.

Established Sales office in Kuala Lumpur , Malaysia in conjunction with Nepcon Malaysia exhibition in Kuala Lumpur .
